- With assigned care aides, to the extent required to deliver the care arrangement.

Data Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months. Active care arrangement records are kept for the duration of the service plus 3 years for administrative and legal purposes. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include restricted staff access, secure data storage, and regular internal reviews. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
