Three care programs, each built around a specific family situation

Rather than one generic service, Wispcare offers three clearly defined programs that address different care needs. Here you'll find everything you need to understand each one.

Our Methodology

How we approach every care arrangement

Step 1

Listen first

We begin with a conversation โ€” not a sales process. We take time to understand the elder's situation, the family's constraints, and what a good outcome looks like to them.

Step 2

Match with care

We identify the right aide based on experience, approach, and compatibility โ€” then arrange a meeting before any care begins. Families choose whether to proceed.

Step 3

Stay involved

A coordinator checks in regularly, reviews the care plan, and remains available. If something needs adjusting, we address it without delay.

Program 1

Weekend Respite Care

A supportive arrangement that gives primary family caregivers a needed break over weekends. A trained aide steps in to handle all care duties โ€” personal hygiene, meals, medication, companionship, and household tasks โ€” while the regular caregiver rests or attends to personal matters.

The aide follows the established routine to minimise disruption for the senior. Available for half-day or full-day weekend shifts. This program recognises that family caregivers need time to recharge, and provides reliable coverage so they can step away with confidence.

  • Personal hygiene and daily grooming assistance
  • Meal preparation aligned with dietary preferences
  • Medication reminders and monitoring
  • Companionship and light household tasks
  • Half-day or full-day shift options

Nighttime Monitoring and Comfort
Program 2

Nighttime Monitoring & Comfort

A through-the-night care service for seniors who need supervision or assistance during nighttime hours. A trained aide remains present from evening through morning, helping with bathroom visits, repositioning, comfort adjustments, and any concerns that arise.

The aide also manages late-evening and early-morning medication schedules. Particularly suited for individuals with sleep difficulties, mobility concerns, or conditions that require continuous nighttime attention.

  • Overnight presence from evening to morning
  • Nighttime bathroom and mobility assistance
  • Repositioning and comfort support
  • Late and early medication management
  • Immediate response to nighttime concerns
Program 3

Premium Holistic Home Care

A thorough, all-encompassing care program addressing every dimension of an elderly individual's well-being at home. This includes attentive personal care, balanced nutrition and meal preparation, clean and orderly living spaces, managed medication schedules, regular health observations, accompanied medical visits, enriching social activities, and consistent emotional companionship.

A primary caregiver is paired with the senior for relationship continuity, supported by a care coordinator who liaises with the family. Designed for those who wish to provide the highest standard of home-based support.

  • Full personal care and hygiene support
  • Nutrition planning and meal preparation
  • Medical appointment accompaniment
  • Social engagement and emotional companionship
  • Dedicated primary caregiver + family coordinator
