Three situations that illustrate what Wispcare can do


Challenge

A retired couple in Taoyuan β€” one of them a primary caregiver for the other β€” were managing well on weekdays but struggling every weekend. The caregiver had no time to rest, attend family events, or simply step away.

Solution

Wispcare arranged a full-day Saturday aide who worked within the established household routine. After an introductory meeting, the transition was smooth β€” the elder was comfortable with the aide within the first two visits.

Result

After two months, the caregiver reported feeling significantly less depleted. They continued the arrangement and later extended to both Saturday and Sunday half-days. No incidents occurred during care sessions.

Challenge

An 84-year-old woman in Zhongli was living with her adult son, but frequently woke during the night and attempted to navigate to the bathroom alone β€” leading to two falls in twelve months.
